RiversideFix provides podcast audio cleanup, mastering, and related audio production services.
Typical turnaround is approximately 48 hours after receiving all required files. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload and project complexity.
Clients are responsible for providing the correct audio files, instructions, and any assets required for the project.
While every effort will be made to improve audio quality, results depend on the quality of the original recordings. Certain recording issues may not be fully correctable.
Reasonable revisions related to the original project scope may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the custom nature of audio production services, completed work is generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Clients retain ownership of all audio content they provide. RiversideFix does not claim ownership of client content.
RiversideFix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
